A reverse cross-border shopping brand helping young shoppers in the West buy from China — collectibles, anime goods, electronics. The brand system is done: palette and type specs, mascot Captain Robi, an original theme song and three promo videos. Next up: the Discord community and a micro-KOL network.

A Xiamen magazine that exists only in illustration — in the cover-art tradition of The New Yorker, following The Parisianer, The Tokyoiter and The Shanghairen. Illustrators paint the island city and share revenue instead of selling out their rights. Issue one: Kulangsu at dawn.

An economic strategy board game set in Kulangsu’s International Settlement era (1903–1945): dual currencies, a hex map and real historical event cards. Every tile — Sunlight Rock, the Bagua Mansion, Shuzhuang Garden — carries the true story of a building and its people.

A three-stage revival proposal for xmfish.com, Xiamen’s 20-year-old community forum: stop the bleeding with static archives, monetize the content trove, then rebuild Reddit-style — each stage gated by validation. A city memory that once held five million members deserves a dignified restart.
